I just felt the wait time 1 hour and 40 minutes to rotate my tires was somewhat excessive.

Jason was efficient, and went the extra 9 yards to help us in every way he could in our difficult situation. He was easy to work with and eased the pain of our incident which ended up requiring repair thank you Jason!!

Jason got me right in for my service, was friendly and helpful, and let me know about a recall my vehicle was included in. I wasn’t able to stay and get the recall work done right away, but will be scheduling that for right after the holidays. Overall a simple and pleasant experience.

The team at Hosmer Toyota is friendly and cordial. Excellent communication and customer service. This not my first time working with Hosmer, but the first on the Toyota side. I'm disappointed that appointments can't be made for routine Toyota Care. It's likely due to previous experience with customer punctuality and unpredictability of all service needs, but it's also a waste of the customer's (my) time waiting to get my vehicle just inspected.
