Waited a long time before he even came to the counter. When he did finally come he’s rude. They don’t do a good job just rush you through then they all just stand around and talk. I wanted my tires rotated front to back crossed he said they don’t do that. He said it needs to be side to side. All my tires are new. He showed me on the camera they just took the front drivers side off and put it on the front passenger side. That’s not how u rotate tires. Never did he offer to fix it to the way I asked him to. Very poor customer service. Other people have told me they have had issues there too. The word is getting around.

This car is in my name, but belongs to my husband, Dave Hansen, ****-****-xxxx, but he doesn't text. I didn't know he had it in for service until he got home. Please don't text me for his RAV4. I have the Prius-C.
