The team did an excellent job of taking care of myself and my car. The oil change was accomplished In a timely manner and also the rotation of my tires. The staff were friendly and efficient.

The repair or fixing of the hatch was OK I suppose ! time will tell but the wash job was terrible !!! The car was still dirty under the doors was laid with dirt yet and there was still dirt on the side of the car !!!

Experience was great! And if I trade for a newer Highlander it will be with Mark Wacker. He goes out of his way to greet me if I'm waiting during a service appt. Not pushy! Just wished your website to look at vehicles was updated more.

I love all the people at Mason city office Jeremiah Jonathan Pat Sills is the best salesperson they do their darndest to please you I would recommend anybody in all my friends to go 2 Hosmer Toyota please let these guys know I'm very satisfied with them and I wouldn't do my business anywhere else I recommend everybody there Diana norem
