I expected my car to be done on Wednesday and said I would be back by 5 to pick it up, however it wasn't. But no one called to tell me it wasn't done so I drove to Mason from Charles City to pick up my truck. Since no one called me to tell me it wasn't done, I wasted a trip spending an hour and a half in the car.

My requests for service included a recall and numerous maintenance tasks. Chad was extremely helpful in scheduling and working around my limitations and needs. Small frustrations were well accommodated even the discounts were more than I expected. Again I found this service experience going smoothly and Chad and the maintenance team very responsive. We have 5 toyotas and all have been successfully maintained through Hosmer Toyota. Thanks for your great service.
