I was quoted around $100 to replace my bulb in my headlight. I was told they had to remove the bumper so I asked if they could replace both sides at one time. They said the labor would not be any more to replace both. It was very difficult to make an appt. I had to call 4 times to finally get something set up. When I was asking for a price it seemed like the person had no clue how to give me a quote. I would think replacing a bulb would be pretty straight forward. When I called snell they were quick with a price. I chose Hawkins because your quote was $20 cheaper and wanted to support local business. My total was $209 and I was charged $165 for labor. My appt was at 2:00 and my vehicle was ready to be picked up at 3:00. That is a large labor charge for 1 hour. Very unhappy with the communication on the price. I would not have scheduled if I was given a correct quote at the beginning.

I arrived at 7:15 AM needing new tires and Jerry and his team had me in a loaner car and off to work by 7:25. They found a set of tires that day and my car was ready after work. Great service even on the spur of the moment. Always going out of the way to make customers happy.

Josh had the answers immediately for a perplexing issue when I was here in Fairmont visiting from Ohio and again this year with another. I appreciate so much getting both these issues taken care of promptly and correctly both last fall and this fall. Thanks so much for your prompt help in solving my issues with this 2012 Impala thst I love so much.

1. The price quoted for the key did not match the price charged. 2. The replacement parts for the door cubbyholes were more expensive and then were wrong/missing.

Quoted 1100 for a repair, had same repair done for 239 and that shop also noted some cover ups from previous repairs done most likely at Hawkins as it was an area that I requested them to preview and we noticed someone used a zip tie to try and seal a small crack/leak. No proof this happened at Hawkins. It does raise a concern.

I initially stopped to set up an oil change appointment and Jerry said he could do it right away. I had the time so I said yes. I was in no hurry. I couldn't ask for quicker service than that!

The service was good but I had a coupon for a oil change and a tire rotation and I was told that the tires were good where they were at which is fine with me. But then don’t charge me $55.00 for just and oil change. Thank you
