It took 18 days for my car to be serviced. That is unacceptable.

Customer service is horrible. Nobody answers the phone or returns calls. I left multiple messages that have not been returned. Overall poor customer service I definitely would not recommend MC peek to anYonex I like.
Mauricio was very good to me during the process of repairing my car. He's great to do business with. I mostly want to compliment Vincent. I was concerned about leaving my elderly mother home alone while the car was being repaired. Vincent cared about my concerns and was on top of the time I spent waiting. He made sure my car was in line for repairs. Informed me of the cars progress and made sure that when my car was done, Vincent brought it right to me so that I could get back home to my mother. He's a great guy and cares about his customers ad I appreciate him very much for everything. My advice is you give Vincent a great big raise in pay because I feel he's a real asset to your company. I would bring my car back just to be served by Vincent again. Thank you!
