I purchased Mc Peek's Care preferred with the purchase of my truck. I came in for replacement wiper blades which states that they are free with Mc Peek care. My service rep appeared to have never seen a preferred card , I was advised that I had to purchase blades and receive 10% off and that they would install them. I left frustrated with the fact that there is a discrepancy with the service dept and what I was told the benefits of Mc peek care include.
George is great to deal with. He worked with me and my schedule and was up front and honest.
Mauricio did a phenomenal job assisting me. Super professional, exceeded all my expectations. This was the third dealership that I have gone to regarding this recall. Mauricio and team have at least have me now considering getting another Jeep or Dodge after this experience as I am due for a new vehicle. Please give Mauricio some reward and recognition as I had came into your dealership with a horrible taste in my mouth regarding the deplorable service I had received at some of your sister dealerships. Well done i cant say enough about the exceptional service i recieved. I look forward to bringing my truck back and considering buying a year or two worth of service. Was confused though i have talked to a couple different service managers at glendora, Huntington beach, and ontario who have all said my cummins interval was 7500 miles but a sticker was placed on my windshield saying 5000 miles. Is that the gasoline or eco interval?

It was very convenient stopping in before work to get an oil change and tire rotation on my Charger 392. My car feels amazing after the new oil and possibly from the computer flash. I'm very pleased, I'll be coming back here in the furture. Thanks for treating me well.
Everyone I met in the service department at mcpeek was professional and friendly. Unlike Cerritos College that didn't even check me in and didn't bother to order the part after I waited 2 hours chasing a two-year-old in their waiting room. And that was less than 24 hours after buying my car
I purchased my truck a year ago. I drive a lot more than most people and therefore come in more frequently for routine maintenance. My interactions with staff both in service and sales are always pleasant and customer service is always top notch in the service dept.
