While I was satisfied, I was sorry to see the lack of compassion shown to an elderly patron while I was waiting for my truck. Since you chose to move the service writers inside, any patron who has difficulty moving around must navigate up and then down the island that was not removed when the writers were moved inside! Even self serve gas stations help the elderly. You might consider some way for these folks to request at the vehicle assistance.
