I was told I was going to be called back and never was, after I gave the rep my new contact phone number, since there was an old contact number in your system. I have since called twice, spoken to two other reps and was told I would be called back and was not called back, again verifying my call back number again with both reps. My issue with my vehicle is still not resolved. I was told yesterday the part needed for my vehicle was sent back, from where it was shipped from because parts are sent back after 30 days. The part was not ordered till Feb 5th, it is still within 30 day period, so there should be no reason the part was sent back. I was told yesterday the rep would speak with the manager to see how to resolve this and call me back, again no one has called me back. I am very unsatisfied.

I was not convinced that the earlier replacement of the cooling system thingie was actually done nor that it was actually needed. This has nothing to do with Samantha Soliz, as Jeff Marshall, now on medical leave, was my service coordinator at the time.

Deniz did an amazing job. He kept in constant contact with me regarding my vehicle. The only thing is that the technician forgot to put the cover on my camera on the front windshield so I had to go back. I just recommend the technicians get checked by their supervisor prior to having the car released back to the customer
