When I went earlier nobody attended me and it took a while for someone to ask what I needed and when I came and picked up the truck again nobody attended me or asked if I had any questions
No oil change should ever take 3 hours especially when having an appointment!!! Second time it has happened. Horrible service both times taking my vehicle there just for oil change. Also very irritating to watch a over weight man get in my truck to move it when i have new interior still. Finally getting to leave your guys bring my truck out and it smells horrible light a trash can and they act like they don't smell the horrible stench when i mention it. Had to completely wash my truck when i got home just to get the nasty smell out of it. Unprofessional and unacceptable service!!!! Never been so dissatisfied with a service from a dealership.
