I was told the service would take 2 to 3 days. The vehicle was drop off on Monday and I didn't get it back until Friday with little to no updates on the progress. When I called in Friday for an update I was told the vehicle was being washed. I picked up the vehicle at 545pm and it was filthy. Although I was told it was being washed it wasn't. I am incredibly disappointed in this whole experience.
