I have two other cars both luxury brands, Range Rover and Porsche, but your service from A to Z hands down beat any and all my experience with them. Worth mentioning Edwin was great!

The service was completed in a timely manner. The price was fair. The service representative Edwin Rivera was professional, polite, and efficient. He answered all my questions and made sure that I was safe and comfortable. He is probably one of the nicest service reps I’ve ever dealt with.

You need more people on your team like Andrew. But I went into your service sales department to buy an accessory for my truck and the two gentlemen that work there should be fired they were very uncooperative seem like they were more interested in talking about their personal Agendas. Very disappointing after having such a good experience with Andrew going into purchase an accessory for my truck had my 12-year-old daughter with me she was even disgusted with the blatant and I VS they did not want to help us

Was told oil change would take 2hrs or less. After 2 hrs I came back . I was then told it was being worked on and then one hour later I asked again and was told it was done but I was not informed and I still didn’t have it. When I asked for my car was told it was blocked in the back by a trailer. Really? Why was it not brought out when it was done? Almost 31/2 hours for an oil change. Unacceptable. Bad management.
