Sang was helpful explaining the work that had to be done. He was very informative and knew the answer to any question that I had. Also, all the work was done same day.
The initial estimated time for service completion was not met. I did not receive updates until I called the dealership directly. After being told that I would receive another follow up call, I never heard back from the dealership until I had to call to get answers. I felt as if the person handling my car either did not care about my issue or did not know enough about my issue to tell me anything. Regardless; I should not be having to chase the dealership on a status after being told that I would hear back in a few minutes. Those few minutes turned into a whole new day.

Would never go back again. Very very disappointed. It took more than two hrs to get an oil change and got scratches on my car. Never got a call back when I was told the boss will call me back.

Angel the parts employee quoted a price of $50 to program my car remote . Sang would not honor Angels quote. I had to pay $100 or sang would not program the key. A take it or leave it attitude. Chevrolet owes me $50. Will you honor a refund.

I like the texting option. Due to the nature of my job, I can't always take phone calls, texts are great for me.
On my receive don't show any points like before how is my car and didn't get my car wash like all ways i get on any of my cars
