Great place to have a service done
My work order was performed on another vehicle. Needless to say when I returned on my bicycle my truck was not done. I was also hoping to have my truck washed as was started on the coupon that was sent to my email. None the less I accomplished several errands on my bicycle in the mean time.
Everything went great. I am very satisfied with the job.

Service advisor was a **** the entire time I was there. He knew I had 70 montes to get my truck back from your "express" oil change. I was late to pick up my daughter and that's not cool. When I told him my truck was done and the paperwork was handed to his office, he told me that he had t received it yet in a rude tone and that is unacceptable. He basically told me it wasn't ready yet when in fact I watched the truck being parked and the papers put on his desk. When I went to finally go home, after waiting and waiting, someone from the service dept parked a customers vehicle behind mine which was in a marked space outside of sales, and they couldn't find the keys to move it for 10 - 15 minutes. I will never service either of my Dodge vehicles here ever again
I was not informed of the length of time my service was to take. My assumption was way off. I should have asked but they could have included that info when they knew I was going to wait.

My experience was sub-par to say the very least and was enough of a negative experience to make me question returning to your dealership. I welcome the opportunity to speak with your general manager.

The maintenance plan I paid for is not accurately displayed on the service manager's screen. I have to bring a print out from Chrysler to get anything more than a basic oil change.
Justin, listened to my concerns, took care of everything and had my car back to me 2 hours before promised time. The dealership and Justin my advisor are the best. Thank you to both of them.
