It was rather expensive, and worse, I noticed my left front fender has a couple of bends/dents that were not there when I dropped it off.
My car was there and done in less than 24hrs, with little notice. Mike **** is great, my car was finished quickly and he kept me up to speed on everything that was going on. He's a great Service Writer.

Mike, as always, did a great job. He knew what our extended warranty entailed, unlike Armal, who said our warranty did not include replacing the radiator that needed to be replaced. Thank God for employees like Mike who knows how to do his job, and does it well.

Asked for 20 point insection along w alignment today. Got the alignment redone today, first attempt last week failed. Had to ask for details on alignment and inspection. Cashier would not provide them. She said the customer is not allowed to see this. She got the service writer, he pulled off the alignment data sheet she had and handed to me. Cashier looked rather stunned. She did not have inspection paperwork. He had to print inspection report. I left without reviewing. Later I see the report only contains cover sheet w my name and vehicle information,second page "Service Commiment", a blank page then finally "Repair Estimate".
No 20 point inspection report. I doubt it was really performed since tires were not inflated to manufacturers recommedations.
Vehicle still had plastic seat covering, paper mat for me to throw away. I think service team is lacking a focus to detail.
I have been a DCH customer for over 10 years. Today I was disappointed in the customer service I received. When I pulled up for service I waited for someone to come and greet me, no one came. Mario was kind enough to call on the radio for some one to come out. I had my oil changed and asked for a curtesy brake inspection and was told that DCH will not do a curtesy inspection. After my truck was finished I asked the person who drove the truck out if I could pay for the work, he said I had to wait and I waited for 15 more minutes. Not happy with the service. I will have to look for another place to service my truck.
Seem to have a communication gap. And my truck still isn't fixed.
Chris **** provided great service, however I noticed that the coolant tank was completely empty after checking my vehicle following the recent service. In order too prevent any damage I purchased some for the tank. I've only driven the vehicle from the dealer straight to my house and parked it on the day that work was completed.
The oil change and tire rotation took almost 2 hours. I could have done it elsewhere much faster and probably got a car wash included. I will continue to go back because I still have 7 oil changes left from. People were nice, it just took longer than they quoted.
Mr. Yakov was very professional and when dealing with my situation (I had to leave my car overnight, but I needed it back ASAP Saturday morning) he kept me up to date and informed. I appreciated his care and customer service.
I had no issues with my service advisor. He was great. The welcoming committee was less then welcoming.
