Yasha was my service advisor for the first couple of days, he was very nice and understanding. The third day Yasha was off and was advised by James. He was very rude and not helpful. When I picked up my vehicle he was nowhere around to tell what was going on with it. And left my vehicle very very dirty, it could've been washed. Other than that, my vehicle is running ok

While I was treated very well, my husband was not. When Christopher (the technician) would communicate with my husband he made him feel as though we were an inconvience and that we needed to work around his schedule. Then when there was a mix-up (on my part, not my husbands) on picking up my van, Christopher called my husband and yelled at him. He used a high volume and stern tone that permitted my husband's coworkers near him to hear the entire conversation. About an hour later Christopher did call to apologize to my husband. We both feel that this behavior and treatment was unacceptable, however, he did apologize. Thank you
