My service advisor, Armel ****, was absolutely terrific. He was very professional; polite and informative. Absolute pleasure.
Drop off times are much better. I saw the management team put a person who started the basic check in process so the service managers could complete the task. Seems to have shaved off 30 minutes or more of my normal wait time. Great job on coming up with a solution to the problem.
Chris **** is awesome. He is very helpful. He kept me updated on a regular basis about my Jeep and what the status is. He is friendly and he explains things so I can understand what the issue was. His customer service skills shine.
Service Manager was very nice!
Never received a return call as to status of my vehicle's service. Called three times. No one seemed to have an answer as to whom my service writer was. Had to drive down to dealer to get an answer only to find out my vehicle had not even been looked at! This is out this vehicle purchase from this dealer and it will be our last!

Michael was great and I believe he did all he could to help. I was there a few days prior for oil change , rotation and for my seat belt buckle to be looked at. I didn't realize until the next day that my RR center cap was missing.
I called immediately in hopes that it could be recovered and set aside. I left several messages but never recieved a call back. On my return trip to have the replacement buckle installed , I noted that my wheel lock was missing. Upon speaking to Michael , he recovered my wheel lock and offered to reimburse me for a new center cap. Although I do appreciate and plan to take him up on his offer. However, since it was of no fault of my own ,it's a bit incredulous that I have to do so. Maybe it's a policy you may want to revisit.

there is oil and other chemicals on my hood and fenders/grill. while I was there I watched someone getting there car washed. I also have had to clean my driveway after having my oil changed on 2 different occasions.

My check engine light came on later that day, and I needed to drive back to the dealership the next morning to resolve. All i had done was an oil change. I have not yet returned back to the dealership, as it just happened this morning. I will know more tomorrow morning.
