Cezar was very professional and nice. Highly recommend him. Even my concern was not found and not fixed, but as a service advisor, he did his best. I do appreciate it.

Entiendo que revisaron el carro y me dijeron que el técnico lo manejó y que no le sintió nada raro al vehículo pero en cuanto yo yo lo manejé hizo el problema por el que yo lo lleve voy a tomar video diario del vehículo haciendo la l problema y regresar si continúa con la falla

Cezar was amazing and he’s helped my out multiple times, I always enjoy his professionalism!! Definitely an asset to your company. My only issue I had when I picked up my car was that it wasn’t cleaned properly, the paper floor mat, plastic around my chair were not removed. Also a dealers number tag was just tossed on my passenger floor.

When I originally called in to ask if a shuttle would be available I was told yes it would. I waited over an hour and the shuttle never came causing me to be late to work.

I had an appointment at 11:45 for an oil change and tire rotation. The car was not ready until around 3:45. 4 hours when you have an appointment for simple maintenance seems excessive and we typically don't experience that when we bring our car in for service.
