I was in last week for a recall service on my car and asked about my car being under extended warranty and was told yes, that I had 10 years unlimited miles until 5/21/26 , I then asked about the sun visor on the driver's side and the stereo , and was told it was covered to return on 5/5/26 to have the work done. Alfredo was also asked if it was covered and he said yes and was told to order the visor. I went in today and left the vehicle and asked for shuttle service to and from my place of employment and was told the shuttle would pick me up at 4pm. Well, during this time the service dept calls and leaves a message to tell me nothing was covered and also that they couldn't find the issue with the stereo , that I didn't have an extended warranty that it was expired and that the visor wood cost me $470.00 to repair!! Not only that they would have to order the part, when Alfredo was specifically told last week to order it!!! This was a total waste of my time and energy and also lost time and wages!! I a message was left on my phone and when I called back to speak to Alfredo, I was told me was gone for the day. 4 pm came and I waited on front of the school for the shuttle at least 25 mins and then called the dealership to find out what was going on and was told that he forgot to put me on the list but that I was more than welcomed to leave my car over night in the shop!! I had to find a ride to get my car and what were they thinking? How was I supposed to get to work on the morning!! I'm LIVID with this service!! Apparently morning has changed on the 10 years that over owned this car!! I had problems with the service dept in 2016 with giving me the run around and that happens again today!! Never again!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION to the customers - ALFREDO OF THE WORST!! I EVEN RECITED WORD FOR WORD THE CONVERSATION THAT WAS HAD WITH THE SERVICE DESK AND ALFREDO CONFIRMING THAT I STILL HAD FULL COVERED WARRANTY AND THAT HE WROTE ORDER THE PART!! I WILL NOT BE REFERRING ANYONE TO THIS DEALER!!

As soon as Cezar took care of me, explained everything about my service, there was also recall that I didn’t know that he mentioned to me. I appreciate that! Thank you! That was also taken care of. Service was also quick.
Chris is absolutely fabulous he is always considering the client and makes suggestions that keep your car in tip top shape!!! My Accord has 393,456 miles and is going strong! I am on the every other free oil change service and advertise for Hardin Honda all the time as people ask me how I got that mileage. Love the Express Service Department.
