I have stated this before, and I will state it again. I’m not a big fan of Hardin Honda. Many of my experiences have been down right awful. I only return to the Express Service Dept because of Chris Montag. He consistently treats me with respect. He helps me determine what service I need, and then we get it done. He is trustworthy and respectful of me and my time. I’m glad he is a member of your team.

I clearly stated to our service staff member that I needed a shuttle service for pick up. He stated he'll be back on duty by the name of Cesar on Wednesday morning and he would contact me to schedule that immediately upon his right at work. I contacted him via text and then I had to call the service office to get assistance and the staff member that answered the phone stated he would have someone call me back. I did not receive any phone calls. I had needed to take a rideshare service which cost me $18 to get dropped off to pick up my vehicle after seeing Cesar in person after he assisted with the transaction at the service counter for the services render he gave no apologies or did not explain whatsoever what happened

Went in for some minor repairs that were under warranty. And all they did was try to pass it on to another dealership when we asked them to do the repairs they said they didn't have the part and the parts are on backorder so basically we have no repairs and just endlessly waiting with no date insight
