Jessie was great but service took over 4 hours for a routine check and oil change. Came in at 8:15 and watched many people come in and leave. I was the last one in the service waiting room to leave.

I did not have a problem with Skyler, other than him trying to make me laugh by telling me about the Door Dash account they share, and unknown charges. But, a 3 hour wait turned into 4 with no heads up, and I was only having a reg service w/no repairs.

The adviser who helped me is not friendly at all and tough Honestly he gives me a good reason not to come back! But am going to give this dealership second chance by dealing with different adviser

You know the service was great until the end, and it’s always the end of an experience that leaves a lasting impression. My wife loves her new RAV4 and personalized her keys with a keychain. The young man who was the valet for the car wash, handed me just the key to the car and walked away. I immediately asked him “where the rest of the keys?” He replied “what keys?”. I said “the key chain with my house keys that was attached to the car keys?”, he said as he turned a walked away “..they are in the cup holder..” no respect for personal property. If I knew that the keys needed to be separated before getting it serviced I would have done it myself. I felt that the customer service and respect ended when I left the showroom floor to go outside and wait for my car. Hopefully things will be different next time I need to get my car serviced.

It took three hours for oil change. Before it took one hour and 30 minutes. The charges were doubled than the last time I had the service. I don't think, I will be coming back for the services in your facility. I had to asked four times for update of the service. Not happy at all.

Just a couple of things. They didn’t do a car wash on my vehicle after the service. And, I told Tony the water didn’t spray on the front windshield. He said they fixed it, but it still didn’t work. And, I don’t want to go there and wait two hours again.
