When I arrived for my 8:00 am appointment for a standard service, I was informed that it would be an hour to an hour to an hour and twenty minutes. I was okay with this not knowing the current work load or the earlier schedulings. After about 45 minutes, i opted to strech my legs and get some fresh air. I walked out of the waiting area and saw my vehicle parked in the out-bound lane of the service area. After waiting another 25 minutes, and witnessing a service tech start and move my car no more than five feet forward, I went into the service kiosk, asked if my car was done. The service writer, not the one that helped me origanaly, relized the problem, comped the service, and made me a not unhappy customer. My question is this, is it common practice to make customers wait when their vehicle service is complete? The first time it happened, it was a communication error. That time I saw it was busy, and my car got lost in the shuffle. But twice, and my vehicle was moved for no reason! I've been a long time customer with Gosch Hyundai, but if this happens again, i will rethink where I'll have my vehiles serviced and possibly purchased. Thank you for taking this into consideration. We were early to the appointment and no problem, they took us right in. Jerrod was very curtious to us and performed the service needed on the car as well as washing it , and all on time. They did a great job!????
