Omar did a great job. However do to the fact that Omar was the only one on duty the rest of the experience was a little lacking. I truly commend Omar for a job well done for the situation he was under today. I spent and retired from that business after 35 years, so I highly commend him. Guy is easier for me to read lips and see what he wants to show me because I am deaf. Secondly, I was disappointed that when it was time to pay for the services, Hyundai didn't accept CarCareOne card I applied to save up money and able to pay monthly. I am avoiding to use credit card with high interest. Is there a chance Hyundai has special card without interest for 6 months to one year monthly payment? Ford has one and I had Ford Focus before I bought Elentra GT. I love Elentra GT the best, very reliable and trust my car while driving

As always, my experience with the Service Center has been outstanding. Guy has been my Service Representative since 2011, but I had the pleasure of Omar's assistance yesterday. Omar was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He will be a great asset to Gosch Hyundai.
