Steve was amazing, helped me through a warranty discrepancy. Then continued to help me through my cars problem I presented him. We have some work to do to completely get rid of the problem but Steve took care of me every step of the way and explained things in terms I could understand. Thank you Hemet hyundai, I will be back to continue my repairs to get my 2012 Accent in tip top shape again.

I came in today for the first time and I was helped by Guy Foster. I have not had such great service and such a wonderful experience than I had today at Gosch.. I am so thankful to guy and the rest of the staff in the service department. Thank you for all work and mostly your honesty! I will be recommending gosch Hyundai to family and friends...

First off Mr. Foster is an easy gentleman to deal with. I do have a complaint as to feeling forced to do this survey. I do not agree with the whole must give 5 stars as his job requires it. I would give him 5 stars without feeling forced to do this survey as he did an excellent job. I think your whole survey thing is unnessary and you shouldn't make anyone feel like they must complete it or someone's job is on the line. I bought my car for you, and I am using your services, that alone should mean I like your staff. These surveys (because I have had to fill out multiple) are making me feel like I do not want to use your services anymore. Nothing to do with your staff is making me rethink who I will go to. It's solely this survey process.
