Always a quick, friendly, and easy process. There was what appeared to be some oil or grease on the interior of my car afterwards, but it came out pretty easily. Nothing to complain about. Always a positive experience at Gosch.

I love working with Guy he is so wonderful to work with and I absolutely love my Santa Fe which is the car Guy recommended to me. He is so great I went to bring my sons Nissan there for an honest opinion. Thank you again this was my first oil change and as always he is outstanding

Bad service! Was not told in my reminder email that my part was given away to another customer. I drove from riverside and waited about 20 mins th irking my car was being. Worked on but to get told that my part was given to another customer. I even called that morning to make sure my service for the day was covered under warranty, but no reply back. . There were those two chances to let me know before I wasted time and drove from riverside to hemet to get told my part was not there and to either wait for someone to pick it up in Temecula but that the wait would be longer than two hours now!

Really attentive to our needs and restricted during our trip from San Diego to Big Bear. Cheerfully accommodated us. Arranged for us to pick up our car on the way back. Su chef Francie's new phone to car. Had our tire pressure checked even though we were there for a new windshield. That type of service is a reason we drive from San Diego to service our Toyota.
