I sent an email about the oil viscosity shortly after I had the service done and still no reply. My oil filler cap states/recommends to use 5w30 and on my service paperwork says they used 5W20. I do a lot of desert driving and think this is probably not the best choice for these higher temp driving conditions. I was never informed/asked if I wanted A change in oil viscosity. The All Star Kia dealership San Bernardino I use for parts says they only use a synthetic blend but Omar says they use conventional here at Hemet Hyundai. I'm okay with that as long as the recommended viscosity is used. If not, then I feel I should be the one to make that decision. So with that said, I am not satisfied with the service I received today.

Guy was great! He greeted us when we arrived, explained that he would take care of us as soon as he could since we were early. He was thorough and a pleasure!

I arrived 10 minutes early for my scheduled appointment and was heartily greeted by Guy himself. He answered all my question thoroughly and with a smile. He was very helpful and informative. Plus, my car was ready in exactly the time frame he told me at the start! Thank you for such a positive service experience.

Omar is very nice, professional, and considerate as well as polite. I always feel very well taken care of and he makes sure to be as thorough as possible with all feed back after any service even if its just a simple oil change!
