I just want to say Guy is phenomenal. He will go above and beyond to help get your car fixed. Since moving from the East Coast the team of Guy And Omar are The Best. They are honest and fair and treat you like family. They are a blessing. Today My Hero and lifesaver is Guy. He had my car ready by the time I got out of work and my AC felt like it was brandnew.

Had an unexpected issue with 2 tires on a car just months old..but Guy did the best he could to reduce the costs...which was very nice of him....always appreciate the staff of the Service Dept.

I had hoped to just get an oil change and smog certification so I can register my car. Now I'm paying 1600 in necessary services and repairs over two days. My only complaint is that I scheduled service with the request for a smog check and when I arrived was told that the person to do that was not in on Monday. I would have been better served to have been informed of that fact when I made the appointment. Thanks, and I don't need a representative to contact me.
