Cuong was great! Answered all my questions. He was fast in and out. Only issue I had, that has nothing to do with Cuong. Was getting my car keys after I sign the papers at the cashier. I went out side and my car was parked there but there was no one out side to give me the keys . I called for one the the services writer out there at that time. He was rude. I was trying to tell him if I can get my keys. But he kept saying “ I’ll be right with you.” Then he goes and help other customers. So luckily I brought my spare keys and just open the door and started my car and just waited inside my car . Then he finally came back out and open the key lock thing hanging on my window and gave me my keys. They should just give you the keys after you sign the papers
I scheduled an appointment for an oil change over the phone. I even mentioned oil change when handing my vehicle to the service advisor. Two hours later, when I checked with the "advisor", I found out that I only got a tire rotation?!?!?!?
I got my last oil change at Piercy Toyota back in 10/2020, which was more than a year ago. I am due for an oil change, but instead, my "advisor" got me tire rotation only? Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the so-called "advisor" was giving me an attitude, and telling me how he was doing me a favorite for honoring the expired complementary service??
Corporate Toyota extended the ToyotaCare from 24 to 28 months due to Covid. Would be nice if this "advisor" could do his job right.
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, ToyotaCare Maintenance Coverage has been extended from 24 months or 25,000 miles, whichever comes first, to 28 months or 28,000 miles, whichever comes first. This helps ensure customers do not miss out on the opportunity to redeem their ToyotaCare services.

I thought 2 hours was longer than my service should take. But I’m always satisfied with Mike Tran.
I always have a great experience with Marvin. He communicates all expectations clearly and I always enjoy our experience with Toyota when working with him.
When customers made appointment to do the service, when they arrived your center, we still need to wait in the long line to get the check in with the service advisor. No matter how long the wait, I just wonder what’s the point to make appointment for?
This problem was lasted since long long time ago. I really wish the new management team can do something to improve.

The music that was playing the entire 3.5 hours I was waiting was extremely annoying and inappropriate for that setting. I’m never going back!
