I scheduled an appt. for my Tacoma after noticing a fuel smell around the gas tank area. I was in a bad mood when arriving to the dealership but when my service advisor Marvin Mallari greeted me and was concerned about my issue I was more at ease. He thoroughly explained the what issue symptoms could be and he would make sure to take care it made me feel great. Marvin is a friendly and knowledgeable staff member and that made all the difference in my customer experience. Great jibs folks and I am one to recommend your dealership to friends and family!

I was supposed to get an extra job done to my car and was expecting to see a video of erverything that was done to it and did not receive one. I doubt everything was done within one hour when it was suppose to take a minimum of two hours.

Process was easy but when I booked the appointment online, the dealership stated they had night drop. I drove my car the evening before and all entrances were blocked off. Please update your website accordingly. Had I known this I would’ve went to a different dealership for service. My car was ready before the expected time which is great, I knew what time they closed yet they called me 4 times to tell me to pick up my car, as someone with a demanding job this was extremely annoying. When I picked up my car, it was no washed or even vacuumed, other dealerships in the area include this as a complimentary service to clients when we bring in our vehicles.
