Charged $110 for service light on diagnostics. In the end it was just a loose gas cap. Not a great way to foster business, considering I have 3 Toyota vehicles I take to Piercey Toyota for service.

We came in to get the check engine light checked out. For the representative, I'm completely satisfied-- great service. Regarding the prices, car fixing, and timing: it was over $100 to change 1 fuse for the cig lighter (which I knew how to do in a couple minutes). Both cig lighter fuses were broken but only 1 of the two fuses were fixed. I also scheduled at 9:40 for an appointment and came earlier than that, but service was only completed at around 12pm just for diagnostic. The diagnostic result matched what another mechanic told us, and it took the other mechanic less than a minute and they did it for free (rather than over $200).
Will not be returning! Came home with big headache!
