I arrived a few minutes before my appt. Ricardo greeted me and I told him Im here for my appt. He had me wait a few minutes by my desk and took my car to the service dept right away. He came back and said that for a 10k he recommend a engine flush to keep the engine in good condition. I agreed and was told about the price upfront, service will take an hour and a half to two but he and the tech completed in an hour. Not surprise billing. Very professional. Highly recommend Ricardo!

Ricardo provided excellent service. He was very detailed regarding the services needed on my truck. I even spend more money than I expected because of the information he provided to me. But I have no regrets because I know it will benefit my truck in the long run. Thanks

Diana was great. She was efficient, listened to my questions and provided clear information. I really appreciated that she presented suggestions without pressure or trying to sell me a service. I was thankful she wore a mask. Even though Diana was great I must say that I was surprised that perhaps half of the staff I saw were not wearing their masks in doors or not wearing them properly (which is equivalent).
