Diana was very judgmental of the fact that my husband does most of repairs on my car. Diana’s language and personal attitude made me feel that I’m doing something wrong. After my oil change, I had to call back twice to get estimate for drive belt replacement - an issue that was identified during the multipoint inspection. I’ve serviced my Camry in dealerships for 11 years and I always get an estimate of the repairs needed and then make a choice if that’s something I can do myself or bring it to the dealership. Not this time. When I called back after my oil change to get an estimate, Diana again pointed to the fact that my husband is doing repairs and transferred me to a department where no one picked up the phone. Overall inefficient and unpleasant service form her side, and she definitely has some issues with my doing repairs elsewhere, which is not right.
