I am happy that Norfolk Motor stood behind their word on fixing my daughter Jeep there was no way she could have afford it being a single mom and she put a nice down payment for that we are so grateful ☺️ I will definitely ???? send some of my friends to Norfolk Motor and thank you very much for the service that we had on our vehicles since we purchased them
Very happy with service work was given a loaner truck drove it to work came to Gm right when I got off tank was empty Nate told me just take it home didn't know if I'd have it a day or two like last time stopped put $30 in gas. Brought it back in the morning asked if I got reimbursed nope I said well I learned a lesson there I said. Definitely disappointed in the dealership
Change oil status wasnt changed and greasy hand prints on door
Whoever was in the driver seat left dirt/mud all over my floor mat. Just wish it would have been cleaned up before it was delivered back to me.
Haven’t had a chance to follow up BUT on way home got alert “service tire monitoring system”.
I also don’t understand why the service doesn’t include the courtesy of washing the windshield. It’s the only garage I have ever used that doesn’t include this courtesy (some even vacuum!!)
My check engine light is already back after 3 days
I’d like to have the service department ask if my tires need to be rotated when I’m there, not me asking them. I depend on their expertise. Now, I have to make a special trip somewhere to get my tires rotated. Colin was nice. I believe this issue is more to do about procedures.

There was sticky splatter stuff all over my windshield and roof after. The detailing guy said it took 3 different products and 30 minutes to get it all off. It was awful!!!
I brought my Ford to the Chevy dealership because I won’t do business at courtesy ford. But was very disappointed in the results, I was in for service,tire rotation and a few other things. It left with the low tire light on and the other tires were 5 lbs off of spec and the power running board was squeaky like crazy and nothing was done. I called the next day about the tire and was told that the tires weren’t touched but was billed for tire rotation
Your price for an oil change is way out of the market on price. $302 for an oil change and fuel filter isn’t even close. Do not contact me I have nothing further to discuss.
In and out and went through the entire vehicle to check on all of the fluids
This place is awesome wouldn’t think about going anywhere else!
Not getting the problem solved
The oil change / tire rotation was fast, but did not catch that the check engine light was on.
