My service experience was with Farhan Tariq, not Carmine. Farhan was very professional, patient and kind. He took his time to answer any questions I had and he made sure everything I requested was completed. Farhan is a very nice person and he is exceptional at his job. Thank you.
Point of contact was texting exclusively in all caps which was just strange. Then the tech in the video reccomends some really superfluous **** like a $200 filter replacement RIGHT NOW, and exaggerates my tire tread wear, and straight up lies about the quality of my oil, calling it "black as hell" when it observably is not. Nevermind the video is clearly too big to play on the platform you guys upload it to. Then I come and get my car and get boxed in by a test driver, receive zero communication from the employee with that couple, and zero apologies for any of the inconveniences or straight up lies from the tech. Trust is so basic to maintain, and at least for me it's now personally gone and I will take my business elsewhere

The overall experience was extremely disappointing to say it very nicely. One of the services I asked for was to have my tires rotated. I asked the service advisor to please make sure the factory trained technician rotates the tires because they forgot the last time I was there. When the car came back from service the first thing I did was to check the tires to make sure they were rotated. The marks I made on my tires so I can tell if they were rotated showed me the tires were not rotated! After I spoke with the manager the tires were quickly rotated and I got my car back. But the fact still remains that the service was not done 100% for the second time. I expect services that I paid for to be completed properly.
