Dale was great but the service appointments department should be ashamed of themselves for packing the schedule so tightly that my computer update took over 8 hours to finish.
This is my third time coming to Gardena Honda each time, each visit I received poor service. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I experience nothing but negative service. I will be contacting corporate office Monday morning.
All of the people at Gardena Honda are friendly and helpful.

I arrived at 655am , car pulled in at 7am for service . I was not called when car was ready. I happened to check my email around 1030 and notice the email that said my car was ready around 9am.
2) I wanted my driver window looked at, when I received the car back, the window now makes a loud noise and was told it’s due to the tint. The other windows are tinted and do not make the noise or have the issue. It seems the window was given lube as a temporary fix and panel was not thoroughly checked. I should not receive my car back worse than given.
Overall it’s was an okay experience, everyone was nice. However a simple oil change took over 2 hours and that was considered express service. I asked them to look into my fog issue and they said it would take another 2 hours plus which I did not have enough time for.
Really good service, Arturo J. was very helpful and cordial he explained everything that I need to know about my service .

I didn't like that they used a lot of gas. I really didn't encounter him face to face. But other then the gas everything was okay.
