Very professional and mannered.
I was supposed to have 4 lower trims replaced for the second time. When i returned home, they only replaced 2 trims. This is the second time these trims have had to be replaced in less than 2 years. Essentially told I was wrong in what was supposed to be replaced when I gave the quote for all 4. Poor service. Poor product. I live over an hour away. I took off work so I could get my car fixed, yet I now have to take another day off to go back.
Cory is always very honest and professional. He always very welcoming and respectful. Cory will explain until you understand without showing any frustration
