Efficient, friendly service. Jennifer kept me updated on the progress of my service. The waiting area is bright, clean, well stocked with food and drinks. Isaiah came out and checked on everyone in the waiting area, which was greatly appreciated. A lovely young man called my name, walked me to my car, updating me on the service received. I felt totally taken cared of on this visit. Great job Lee Kia !!! You have people who do their job superbly!!!!
The little sticker with your mileage, oil type and weight wasn’t typed out, it just has the mileage written and nothing else, no date of service/return, my only issue this time

Jennifer was great! She was helpful & told us what was scheduled, then welcomed us to enjoy a snack while we waited. She kept us informed while we waited. Shes great! Every employee that came by spoke to us, everyone was so nice!
