I hate to say this the service team has always been amazing. I’ve never had an issue with them, but my vehicle just had more brakes done two weeks ago and this is the third time I’m coming in because they’re still squealing. I just hope someone can resolve this that’s why I trust Ford to take care of my truck which means so much to me. I just want them to make it better thank you.

Could not reach anyone in service when I first called. Was transferred to them twice. Drove to dealer and made appointment. Other than than the service was good, quick sigh no issues. Need a fall back if everyone is busy.

Teddy was very knowledgeable , respectful and helpful with my Cadillac. I needed 4 new tires and he looked up several kinds that would be a good “ touring “ tire with the best price. I also needed new “ brake pads”., oil change, Teddy also recommended “ brake fluid flush” and a “ complete fuel system service “ on my vehicle….. that it definitely needed. My car runs so much better now because of Teddy’s recommendations. Excellent job Teddy!! I will definitely be back. Thank you !!????

Low tire light came on before we got home they didn’t use our ford rewards points and the technicians didn’t put the hub caps back on good and now one of them is now missing very disappointing to say the least

I’ve been a customer because of my mom, and he’s never let me down. Kudos brother I appreciate Reddick brown for a lot, they never fail to get me in when I call last minute due to mileage, they’ve always been great with me and mom.
