Chris was very professional and patient working with me. He provided a rental for several weeks while my truck was worked on, which was greatly appreciated. Also, he had a driver drop it off and pickup my truck and take back, which accommodated my work schedule. There were several repairs to my truck and all were completed to my satisfaction. I was very satisfied withhwhole team and how quickly that it was done.

After taking my car to a trusted mechanic, he discovered that the recommended repairs were unnecessary for one and that my entire front end was destroyed, yet Ford recommended that I have work done to the rear-end of my vehicle. Infuriated doesn't even cover how I feel. The damage is severe to the front end lower control arms and when the "techs" rotated my tires and did their inspections to measure the tread and saw the wear-pattern on the tread, that should have been a red-flag to the techs that my front end suspension needed attention. Meanwhile, Ford recommended new tires, all while this huge problem existed, which would have destroyed any brand new tire I put on the car (tires are expensive if you haven't noticed.) The repairs to the front end, the brakes and new tires will be purchased from a trusted mechanic that has my safety at heart. Disappointed is putting how I feel about this lightly. I am angry and feel taken advantage of.

I still think that it takes a long time for a scheduled appointment. We were there for a tire sensor replacement.... just one.... and we were there fir 2 hours. Maybe a bit more. And our appointment was 8:00. We always do early appointments so they don't get backed up.... too long in my opinion.

The staff are very professional and personable. I received updates during the service period. I highly recommend the service department to anyone needing oil changes or tire replacement.

Chris was very good and after I discovered the poor installation of my liners, loose screw that actually pulled out with little resistance, he made sure it was corrected and and all inserts were snug and tight.
