Clayton was an enormous help to me today!! He was so friendly and explained everything to me. He checked on my extended warranty and got the work approved!! I asked him if he thought that my car ( pump) was safe to dry 40 minutes back toHenderson and back again Tuesday morning . He thought that it would be better to leave it. The only problem with that was my wife was not free to come get me because she was teaching. So Clayton arranged for someone to drive me home! He was awesome! You have a valuable employee in that young man!!!

The nice lady that checked me out didn't explain about the condition of my totes or the vehicle inspection, if one was done. When do spark plugs get checked? I wish I could borrow a vehicle from Watermark to run errands while my Highlander is being serviced.

When I was leaving after work was done my car stalled out and and acting funny. When to my mechanic and found a house unplugged. Can't possibly prove any thing. But it was running fine coming in and bad leaving.Rotating tires should not have anything to do with anything under the hood.Dont think it was a fluke either.

I was pleased with the work that was done on my 2017 Toyota Prius. Chase did an excellent job. I was disappointed that it was going to take about 10 days before I would be able to have the water pump replaced in our 2017 Toyota Highlander, because no one could work on it before that time. Because of that, I called over to Kenny Kent Toyota, and had it scheduled to be completed tomorrow. I’m sorry I couldn’t have kept the business closer, but I couldn’t wait until mid next week.
