Ever since I left my front driver side tire has been messed up. The tires on the car would’ve at least lasted me through the summer, now I have to get 2 brand new ones. Not to mention, all valve stem covers were missing except one. Will not be bringing my car back. Everything was fine until I took it there. 5 minutes after leaving there my tire pressure light was on

The day I was there, I was completely satisfied but this Tuesday June 17th and I still haven't heard anything from him or how much Endurance insurance is going to pay for the work on my car.

They were supposed to have an oil change and tire rotation. We bought the tires at watermark. They did not rotate my tires. I showed them on my app they had not been rotated or air checked, because one of the tires was low. It never moved . I called them out on it and they took it around back for maybe five minutes and aired the low tire up. That was not enough time to rotate. So I do not appreciate being lied to. Second thing is I expect my car to be serviced . I wonder now if they even changed my oil and filter. Yes I did update my app afterwards and the low tire never moved so they where not rotated.

I’m in almost monthly for oil change & tire rotation (I drive a lot) Clayton has always been kind and accommodating. I had a guy before him a couple years ago and he was rude. Clayton is top notch!

I usually get a printout of all the checkpoints during annual service. I did not get that today. I don't know if my fluids were checked, etc.
