Had to reschedule to this appointment was here last week waited over a hour car never moved had somewhere to be at 12 so had to leave.I live in Owensboro so had to drive back for this appointment the downside was out extra gas but No one said sorry for inconvenience we have to remember as customers we pay the bills

No, the guy that was sitting at the first computer when I entered the shop area to tell them I arrived for my appointment was not friendly, didn’t talk and seemed like a jerk. Acted like he didn’t want to be there. It wasn’t the Powell guy. I have been treated this way several times in my past maintenance visits. Cars were lined up in front of the shop area so I had to park my vehicle away from the shop entrance. This is my last visit to watermark.
I really appreciate the help Matt offered me. He was professional and showed he cared about my cars service. That is rare in today’s world.

I have dealt with Chase many times, he has always been very courteous to us and explains things when you have an issue, I’ve never had a bad experience with him
