Suggestion to your company: for the amount we paid today, and that we are recurring client, the company should at least vacuum de inside of the car, the Hyundai in Memphis does that not only for the new cars but for the old ones also. It’s a very nice touch.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Brad Kohl at Hyundai. Not only was he unhelpful, but he also dismissed my concerns in a rude and unprofessional manner. I left feeling completely ignored and frustrated, as he made no effort to assist me or address my issue. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. I plan to contact Management in the service department on Monday.
First time to service my Santa Fe. I got service from both the Grays. Super professional guys. Explained everything. Kept their word with the total wait time. The process is so smooth. Great coffee machine for in the waiting room!

Brought my 2022 Santa Cruz in for check engine light problem, 2 hours later , they turned the light off and said they couldn’t find the problem with the rough changing transmission, I drove home light came on 5 minutes later and car shifted rougher than it ever has , I will be back in the morning and I expect it to be fixed . I also found that 2022 models have a bad history of transmission problems and were on recalls . This vehicle is having the same drivability problems as were described on recalls . Transmission replacement is advised , not a patch job or excuses …and no run around stories.
Had a 9:30 appointment for an oil change. Car wasn’t ready until 3:30. Once I picked the car up it now has a NEW NOISE I NEVER HAD BEFORE. Chris says it may be the rear shock absorber upper insulator which has a TSB. Now I have to go back again. Have always had Toyotas with no issues. Now have 2 Hyundais and greatly concerned. So many recalls and issues.
Brad did an excellent job of taking care of the servicing my car.
