After 90 minutes waiting for routine maintenance, no one in the service department could tell me the status of my car. My advisor disappeared. After about 20 minutes somebody finally wrote me up.
Every time I come in to **** Smith for some reason yall find a excuse not to take care of me as a customer or my vehicle I keep scratching my head and wondering why this is happening to the point of giving up on this vehicle. This vehicle was my first new car and it has been a nightmare. The service at **** Smith is the worst service I have ever experienced in all my years. I have had three mechanics look at my vehicle about the leak but all three advised me to come to the dealership because of warranty so I did even though they spotted the problem. Brad was great. Once I got home and looked at the bill, I was shocked to see over 400.00 in labor! I was there 2 hours. I am not sure how you justify that.

The repair on the vehicle was perfect - warranty oil pan seal. The other item I requested was an oil change. I still don't know if the filter was changed and does not appear on the invoice, so I'm assuming no. I put in a request with your online service and never received a call back, several calls during the process were unanswered. I was more than happy to pay for the filer, just ask me. Makes zero sense to come back for an oil change. I will use **** Smith for warranty covered items, but doubt I will buy another vehicle from your company.
My service was great and she was very good at communicating throughout the process.
Real nice guy has a good rapport with his customers.
