Communication between the dealership and myself to get the things done for my car was very poorly done when I tried to contact back the individual at the front desk of service who I dealt with at the beginning he was unavailable between 12:00 and 2:00 or for a couple hours and then when I finally did be told that there was a text I needed to review it was not in my inbox and I looked at my phone and then later after I mentioned that to him it then came through and the items that needed to be done did not get started on until well after 2:30 or 3:00 my car was not then available until 10:00 to 4:00 and the shuttle That was supposed to come get me did not meet me back to the dealership until 4:45 or 5:00 so this was extensive long time for an alignment oil change and filters to be changed on my car excessive amount of my day without my car very poorly managed

The service department was unable to program my key fob and I had To pay over $200 just for the attempt. If they had told me this could happen when I booked the appointment I would not have kept the appointment
Lack of communication. My car has been at the dealership since 11/18/24 for service with minimal communication . Service department does not answer the phone or return phone calls.

The communication was lacking. Having to go into the service department in order to get any communication on my vehicle did not make me very happy. I shouldn't have had to call 5 times and leave multiple messages and be put on hold for 15 min with no answer. We were put on hold 2xs for more than 10 min with no answer.
