Not happy with Toyota. There is a design problem with the Crown by having a large single panel of glass that curves forward into the windshield. I will fix it once. If it happens again, I will fix it again and get rid of the car and never get a Toyota again.

The only thing I was concerned about was the damage they said about the center cap on the wheel ????. The last time the wheel was off was when it was serviced at your location. So I'm thinking it might have happened at your dealership.
