Please fix the software you use for scheduling appointments. You double booked me and someone else and it will likely lead to issues for your customers. Not a good thing. Other than that, I am generally happy with your service and Joseph is a great guy.

Kyle helped me work through a difficult to understand problem with vibration in the tires and wheels. He kept me from wasting money on a rim (recommended by another garage) that would have done nothing to fix the problem. A front brake job also recommended by another garage that is not yet needed. Being over 65 now my next car purchase will be local. Toyota Madison is at the top of my list when the time comes because of Kyle. Integrity and honesty are the most important things in a business relationship. You have an excellent employee in Kyle.

Mr. Tingle has dealt with me and my old car several times, I feel worse for him each time I think it's probably in worse shape every time he sees us.. but he is always so kind, and the service is always speedy and done right. He always talks to me and never makes me feel stupid like you sometimes get with car places. I am so grateful for Mr. Tingle and Toyota in Madison, IN!
