The pricing was opportunistic and yet the basic services weren’t satisfied. Two grand later and eight hour of sitting in the lobby…the basics weren’t covered. It was never brought up that oil change wouldn’t be done. Everything is about getting the consumer back in your shop. Shame on me for not catching it. My wife and I trusted that you would be looking out for the needs of our equipment.

Total mess...just over 2 hours for oil change, tire rotation, and replace headlight bulb. I was not told I would receive a video asking for approval of the service work and I never received such a video as the advisor/manager stated I should have after I sat there for quite some time. Be advised, I am not one to sit and watch my phone all day especially in a Service Dept of a car dealership. The manger discounted the cost which I appreciate but there was a total lack of any personnel coming to give me an update let alone see if I received some video. We have used your service dept in the past but this incident causes my husband and I to consider another dealer for our service work and if this happens again, we will. Your process needs a lot of work. Due to this poor service, my husband will probably be the one bringing my vehicle in the future and he is not as patient as I am.
I had the air bag recall fixed on my grand Highlander today. Mind you Toyota is 1 hr from my house. I also had to have my dad drive to Somerset to pick me up and drive back to Monticello so I could work for the day then drive back to somerset to pick up the vehicle. I guess the air bag is fixed I wouldn’t know but I do know the passenger seat belt is locking up every single time it’s used. I took it off and tried it several times. I don’t know if there are other things I should have checked now but I know there is a snow storm coming in so it will be days before I can even contact anyone and I know I have no choice but to drive all way back up there and have I don’t know what done to fix this issue which I have read is an issue that can happen when this recall is done. Maybe an easy fix maybe not but very very inconvenient for me.
Although there was a miscommunication with the service needed it was quickly resolved. The team did everything they could repair out vehicle in a timely manner and came in under budget!

Very good service and nice people however I noticed that Somerset Toyota has implemented the add on system i don't appreciate that. Check to see if i actually need each service
