I have been a devoted Lexus driver since the 80s. I decided to go with the Genesis because it received such glowing reviews. I only had driven my new GV70 3.5T about 5 miles when the engine light came on. My emotions sank into the depths of Lemon-Law horror. Eric calmed my irrational soul and the simple repair was done in a matter of 3 hours. I was given a loaner without having to ask. I was very very happy with the outcome.

Eric was pleasure to work with. Communication was good. All the carpets were removed from the car and stuffed in the rear cargo area. Please install them back. Car also reeks of gasoline. I have aired out the car for last 2 days and it's still not better. After service, rear view mirror inside the cabin is loose and rattles. My cleaning microfiber clothes are also missing from the driver side storage area.

I was not at all happy with my service at Genesis, which was very disappointing because the sales experience was quite good. I could not get a call back. I only got text’s despite texting back and saying I wasn’t happy with the text because they weren’t answering my questions. I was specifically asking a question about my charging cable and was told that I should just go to charging stations. After asking questions about the charging multiple times and multiple ways, it was explained to me how electricity works, and that was not helpful. Neither was suggesting that rather than charging at home after I had an electrician install an outlet that I should go to charging stations. I am extremely disappointed with the service and it did not at all reflect what I expected from Genesis.

The Service Manager, Justin And Assistant Service, Manager, Noah took on our vehicle’s service needs. Sadly, we are one of many “dealer-less” Genesis owners who were abandoned … loosing either the Rocklin and/or the Roseville Genesis dealerships and the attached Genesis Service Centers. My husband and I appreciated Mt View’s professionalism and sensitivity to our plight— as we continue to navigate the Genesis no man’s land nightmare. We hope an interim plan is soon forthcoming. So, we again suggest Corporate reassess and re- assign the Roseville Dealership as a Genesis Service Center for us. << Please pass this on to them. Thank you!! Monica and Rod
