Zerryck was very knowledgeable and professional,which made me feel confident with the service.
But, I do want to note that the loaner provided had a maintenance required and a loud gasoline oder in the car. I had to drive with the windows down due to the smell. It was a big inconvenience because I live in Youngstown Ohio not Akron. Overall, I'd rate Zerryck Roger a 10 for excellent customer service.

Ongoing problems that nobody wants to take responsibility. Moreover, Lexus is not standing by their parts or service department.
Expected “Experience Amazing,” or “The relentless pursuit of perfection,” but got excuses and customer blame.

This is the fourth Lexus, sixth Toyota. This one has problems that nobody wants to admit.
All I hear is how much time and money your dealership has Iin trying to fix this and nobody wants to admit a problem.

Love working with Nikolas… he gives me the straight story with no hi pressure add ons. I very much appreciate his honesty and I got a nice surprise when he gave me a $30 coupon credit on my oil change today. Wasn’t expected but much appreciated! Nikolas is top notch!!
No need to contact me. Just need some more communication and information in regard to Sunbit lending. It was made out to be like a loan and the customer pays the difference but when it came down to actually pay 1/2 down was required. If that was the case then I would have paid for 1 service instead of having 2 services completed when thinking I was getting the help I needed! Just let customers know more before agreeing to services that can be put off to a later time.
Then I get my car home and the steering wheel is not straight after new tires and alignment. First time I have ever had any complaints but I know Lexus will make it better.
