Josh was great.No problems whatsoever with him. Your matrix pricing is a joke.You tell your employees to do the right thing, but then you turn around and rip people off the more labor hours they accrue.

My new car has been nothing but trouble. I am so disappointed and frustrated. It drives like a tin can. This is a luxury vehicle and I expect better. I have asked the general manager for an appointment to discuss. It is now vibrating, you say there is nothing wrong. This issue is discussed all over the Lexus forums. Please have management contact me to discuss options here. I requested a tire balance check since that was not checked. I will be in Monday to get the car; we’ll see.

I was met at the door by NORM. He ALWAYS greets me with a helpful smile ????, and asks about my family. He directed me to JOSH who also first how I am doing and a reason(s) for my visit. JOSH the directed me to the waiting area and stated the work will not take long. The work only took about an hour when JOSH came to me and explained what was done and what should be done on my next visit. These two men make the experience enjoyable. Congratulations AGAIN on a job well done????????
