I brought my 2018 IS for a fuel pump recall. That went fine. They found out that my rear inside tire has a tear. I only have 21k miles on my car, but the service person said high profile tires only get 15k and said it is stated on the sticker of the car. No one told me that or showed me that. I would have hesitated buying the vehicle based on that. I am not happy with Lexus right now. I haven’t found that stated on the sticker btw.

I live in Columbus and have taken my vehicle there at times and I’m usually out within mins. It seems longer in Akron. Not a big deal but just wondering If there is an opportunity there.

Scott did a great job.
I was however not happy with his boss who would not allow any discount when I was spending close to $900 ... cost was unexpected. I would assume the manager would have liberty to allow some sort of discount.
Scott did ask for me twice so that was appreciated.
